"My mom has been a client of State Farm for a long time, and I wasn’t involved in the process at all until recently. My mother unfortunately became very ill and I had to take over the responsibility of driving and talking to insurance representatives. During a time that was so stressful and painful, the representatives at this office were so patient and understanding and compassionate. They even sent my mom a get better package that included a mug and some other cute things. Later on when I got my license, the representative who was helping me adjust our insurance package, listened patiently and took note of my future job aspirations. That representative is named Lily. A couple weeks later I received another package in the mail with a few personalized thoughtful gifts. I truly have appreciated everything this Office has done for me and my mother. They treated me like just another human being being and that is priceless."

"I have been insured with State Farm (Larissa Buerano Agency) for over 7 years. I had a phone meeting with Sabrina Hughes yesterday to discuss ways to reduce my premiums on my auto policies. "Sharon Gilliam was extremely helpful in getting our insurance policies set up and updated for our short-term rental hospitality business. She handled adding our lender as an additional insured, made the necessary coverage updates, and quickly provided the ACORD 27 our bank required for closing.
What stood out most was how responsive and proactive she was throughout the process. Even with tight timelines and a few back-and-forth items, she stayed on top of everything, communicated clearly, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. She also helped navigate underwriting requirements and got everything expedited when we needed it.
