"I have been insured with State Farm (Larissa Buerano Agency) for over 7 years. I had a phone meeting with Sabrina Hughes yesterday to discuss ways to reduce my premiums on my auto policies. Sabrina was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional in every way possible. Sabrina successfully found ways to help reduce my premiums and for that I am thankful. She handled adding our lender as an additional insured, made the necessary coverage updates, and quickly provided the ACORD 27 our bank required for closing. "I’ve had no issues with the insurance coverage—State Farm has always been a reliable choice, and I manage a fleet of vehicles for my company. However, I’ve experienced some difficulty getting timely responses from the local office staff. That issue has subsided with Sharon Gilliam coming on board. We are a fast past business, and our delivery vans depend on timely management and so having Sharon available as a resource is very helpful!"
